Saturn turns retrograde (appears to move backwards) from 5 June 2022. Although this is an annual phenomenon, still it brings challenges and learnings for us all every time since retrogression of a planet is not desirable as it interrupts the effects and energy flow. Also, Saturn is the strongest karmic planet and its retrogression brings many changes in our lives that need monitoring.

Saturn’s retrogression is like hitting a dirt track from paved roads. It can be highly unreliable but can be very beneficial too if you manage to adapt successfully during this period.

• Retrogression of Saturn this year is extra nuanced since Saturn entered Aquarius with much fanfare on 29^th April leaving behind the challenges of its position in Capricorn during 2020-2022.

• We all must have felt a major shift over the last two months, but this promise of a new zone & comfort is likely to be unfulfilled during the second half of 2022 since Saturn will move backward from 5^th June and slip back into Capricorn on 12^th

• This means revisiting many challenges we would have liked to forget since Saturn would transverse many degrees associated with the COVID 19 crisis, India-China conflict and the Russia-Ukraine war. We will be reminded of these issues and would have to deal with the concerns again till January 2023, when Saturn would move back to Aquarius not looking back for another 30 years.

How will this Saturn Transit Affect You?

Saturn is going to be in three different phases that you need to address in your personal life:

• 5^th June 2022 onwards: Retrogression & the beginning of challenges and resistance.
• 12^th July 2022 onwards: Continuation of retrogression AND a FALL back into Capricorn. This will reverse the fortune polarity for you big time.
